Meditation has got wonderful effects. It removes your stress and make you cool. If we practice daily, It will add strength to your mind and consequently to your body.
Meditation is very easy . Just sit in any comfortable position even inan arm chair. Close your eyes and start meditation(Chanting of any god name is god) at least for 5 mts to begin with every day and slowly increasing the time to 10 mts etc..Concentration is necessary .this you can develop slowly in a couple of days.
